Chocolates Valor: tradition and innovation
Valeriano López Lloret officially founded Chocolates Valor in 1881. It is a 100% family business managed by the 5th generation of the family. It has managed to go beyond that artisan firm, becoming the modern company it is today. Chocolates Clavileño: master chocolatiers since 1882
In 1882, Jaime López Lloret, better known as "Jaume Martí", started to work as a chocolate maker into his family in La Vila Joiosa. The "Clavileño" brand was born in 1960. It had the flying horse of Don Quixote as its emblem and referred to a "high-flying" chocolate. Today, the fourth generation of chocolate makers in the same family is in charge. More information here
Chocolates Pérez: master chocolatiers since 1892
Gaspar Pérez Pérez founded the company in 1892, although his father himself had already worked as a chocolatier. Nowadays, the fourth generation of the family maintains the tradition with a handmade chocolate production. Thanks to this they have obtained the seal of Craftsmanship of the Valencian Community. Marcos Tonda Chocolates
The Tonda family's chocolate-making tradition began in 1793 when Juan Tonda Lloret started making chocolate by hand. The company was well known for the brand "la Virgen: Biznietos de Marcos Tonda". The image of the Virgin of the bars was very popular and has become the company's logo. More information here
Carremi Turrones: traditional production since 1835
The company has four generations of "turroneros". From the beginning, quality has prevailed over quantity, and the traditional method of producing nougat which has hardly changed in almost two hundred years.
